Ryan Kallenberger

Ryan has been with First Tee – South Puget Sound since its inception in 2011. He joined the organization as the Program Director, in which he served for seven years, and in 2017 he was officially named First Tee – South Puget Sound Executive Director. Ryan has been a driving force in the growth of the organization and his passion for impacting the youth in our community does not go unnoticed.

Allie Bordeaux

Allie first joined First Tee – South Puget Sound as the Marketing & Communications Intern during the summer of 2013. Following her internship with First Tee, Allie went on to intern with the USGA and began a career in golf marketing. In 2018 Allie joined the chapter again and has loved every minute of returning to the organization that got her started with a career in golf. In 2023, Allie was awarded South Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for her work with First Tee.

Allie comes from a family of golfers, having played herself since age six, and loves being on the golf course. In her free time you can find her on the golf course with her husband and son, or playing with her Golden Retriever, Arnold, named after the one and only, Mr. Arnold Palmer.

Ben Talbot

Ben Talbot, PGA, is a First Tee Level II Certified Coach and has been coaching with the South Puget Sound chapter since 2014. He also was a First Tee participant as a youth and worked through the Birdie level, representing First Tee Olympia at the national First Tee camp at Kansas State University. Ben has been back with First Tee – South Puget Sound since July 2022 and has loved returning to the organization in a full-time staff capacity.

When Ben is not on the golf course you can find him hanging out with his golden retriever Daly, after the great John Daly, shooting his bow, or working through his collection of sports cards.

Joey Iacovetta
Joey is the Program Instructor at First Tee – South Puget Sound and is excited to take on the role of leading and inspiring young golfers in the community. With a strong background in coaching, Joey is passionate about creating an engaging, educational, and fun environment for all participants. He’s looking forward to making a positive impact through the First Tee program and helping youth develop both their golfing skills and life skills.
Off the course Joey enjoys fishing, going to car shows, and trying new food spots around the South Puget Sound area. His favorite places typically include pizza or burritos.
Rocky Lawson

Rocky has been a coach with First Tee – South Puget Sound since 2023 and joins the team now as a Program Specialist. As a coach, Rocky has a strong interest in sports psychology, human performance, and holistic athlete development. High coaching approach is simple, stackable, and narrowly tailored to each athlete.

Outside of coaches, he enjoys food, music, travel, all sports (Chicago Teams Specifically), and spending quality time with family.
